We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
There are three aspects to our company that you could be working on.
Marketing Agency – WordPress websites – We have a team to convert the design files to WordPress themes but we are looking to find ways to automate weekly updates and the development workflow.
PracticeBeacon – This is the CRM we use for our clients. We build on top of GoHighlevel.com and want to focus on extending its capabilities by integrating into 3rd party APIs as well as build tools that look like they are apart of the application. This will be a major focus for 2021/2022.
Internal Tools For Our Team – We have several internal tools we want to develop to help our team service our clients better. This could be anything from a better onboarding workflow, to building a system to analyze all our client’s data to track their performance across marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Work with the team to ideate software solutions
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation
Requirements:
Proficient with Html/CSS/Javascript
Understanding of GIT
Creating and using docker or vagrant-based local development environments to troubleshoot issues and test solutions.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Experience Developing Web Applications
Familiarity with common stacks
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail
Organizational skills
An analytical mind
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
